A Dental Receptionist is a specialized profile in itself. The person is “The Frontman” of the entire clinic setup who is the 1st to interact with the Patients. Basic knowledge about the various treatments helps them to become a “Bridge” between the Doctor and the Patient and a brief knowledge about sterilization and the treatments also enhances their capabilities to take care of the Patient’s entering the clinic and sometime even help the Doctor in assistance too (i.e. 6 handed procedures).
